7Sense Partners with Briggs Irrigation to Boost Sensor Access in the UK
Horten, Norway & UK – 7Sense Agritech is pleased to announce a distributor agreement with Briggs Irrigation, who will now offer 7 Sense’s innovative Irrigation Sensor to customers across the United Kingdom.
Briggs Irrigation is a respected name in irrigation equipment, known for robust solutions tailored to the needs of British growers. By adding 7Sense’s plug‑and‑play IoT sensor to its product lineup, the company expands its offering to include smarter, more sustainable irrigation tools.
Adrian Colvil, Managing Director at Briggs Irrigation, said:
“We’re proud to be working with 7 Sense Agritech. Their sensor technology is a great complement to our irrigation equipment and supports our mission to help farmers use water efficiently and sustainably.”
Max Tangen, CEO of 7 Sense Agritech, added:
“We’re excited to partner with a well-established player like Briggs Irrigation. This collaboration helps us reach more UK farmers with technology that saves water, boosts yields — and right now, qualifies for financial support through the UK’s FETF25 grant.”
Under the FETF25 (Farming Equipment and Technology Fund 2025), farmers in the UK can receive a grant covering up to 40% of the cost of eligible precision irrigation equipment, including the 7Sense sensor.
Briggs Irrigation will begin offering the sensor immediately through its dealer network. UK farmers interested in improving irrigation efficiency and taking advantage of the grant are encouraged to contact their local Briggs dealer.
